I enjoy tackling complex challenges, guiding new consultants, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects, and fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment that empowers and uplifts both clients and team members. 

I have over ten years of experience in Salesforce implementations, including serving as a solution architect, project manager, and director of professional services managing a team of consultants over a portfolio of projects. In addition to this I have 7 years of experience as a licensed educator (once a teacher, always a teacher).

In my work, project teams and mentorship, I value technical excellence and strive to support it through commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect. Above all in a project I value the importance of transparency, clear communication, learning from mistakes, and finishing work over simply starting it.
